It will depend on your consistency and discipline; however, typically, you may see results within 8-12 weeks. 


3-4 times a week you may see results sooner but everyone starts off at a different level and/or may want to acquire a different goal. 


I conduct a fitness assessment on all new clients before building a training plan. This ensures you are able to perform at your level. I then continue to assess throughout your sessions before increasing/decreasing your training plan. 


You will cramp only if your body is lacking water. We recommend while consuming the tea you drink at least a gallon of water daily. 


To receive maximum results, we recommend you eat a well balanced meal.


You should consume the tea daily. 


Generally, you can take as needed. However, we would recommend once a month or every other month-- depending on your digestive system. 


No, detoxing is to clear any unhealthy/unwanted toxins from your body.
