For international orders please allow 7-14 business days. In the event, you would like to add insurance for an additional charge, please contact us via email immediately with your order number. Insurance CAN NOT be added after a tracking number has been provided. Orders are assigned an order number, provided after purchase. After your order has been shipped you receive a tracking number via email, provided by USPS. Once you have received a tracking number for your order(s), any issues or concerns must be directed to www.usps.com or 800.275.8777. If there are any delivery issues (damaged, misdelivered, theft) you must immediately contact USPS.
